Company History

Osyka Corporation was incorporated in 1997 as a Nevada corporation and was an independent oil and gas producer with wells located in Mississippi, Louisiana and Texas.  We have maintained some of our oil and gas subsidiaries with a view toward possibly resuming production if this market improves.

New management and a shift to gold production were approved in a shareholder's meeting in 2019.

Prospector holds largest gold nugget ever found at Goler, which weighs 1 pound 4 ounces.
